When visits are created via an import into CallConfirmLive! via a rostering platform, the visits are created with the details sent to us in the .txt file through the FTP. Sometimes, there is a delay between making a change to a visit on your rostering platform, and the rostering platform generating the file and sending CallConfirmLive! the data.

This can result in last-minute changes not being reflected within CallConfirmLive! To avoid this, ensure you are making changes to visits in good time. If this is not possible, make the change on your rostering platform and log in to CallConfirmLive! to ensure the change has come across. If the visit has not been updated, manually make the required changes to the visit. If you would like to increase the frequency of files sent to CallConfirmLive!, please raise this with your rostering provider.
