In CallConfirmLive!, you may need to update the email address to ensure alerts, reports, or notifications are sent to the correct contact, especially if staff details change or the original address is no longer active.

⚠️ Important: Only your in-house user admin can update an email address.

To get started, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click System and click User Administration.

  2. Double-click the user, then enter the email address.

  3. Click OK.
