Adding a new contact relationship allows you to link a relevant person, such as a family member or guardian, to a client for better communication and accurate call notifications.
To add additional contact relationships, follow these simple steps:Log in to CallConfirmLive!.
Click System, then click Lookup Administration.
Locate the Contact Relationship folder.
Click the green plus icon to add a new relationship.
Enter the name in the Short Description and Long Description fields.
Click OK.
