In CM Business Intelligence, creating and updating reports is essential for tracking performance, making informed decisions, and ensuring data accuracy as business needs evolve.

If you have a report builder license, you can create various reports yourself. If you need us to create a report for you or if you require a training session on how to create reports, you can contact your account manager.

If you would like us to amend an existing report, please raise a new case online, including the report name and the change you require.
