An event is a single call, either a log in or a log out, which has been made by the care worker. The events tab displays all the calls made by care workers.
You can search for a specific time period by changing the date/time range in the search function. You can also search for a specific care worker or client.
You can access the events tab by using the following steps:
Login to CallConfirmLive!, then click Events.
Once you have selected your search criteria this screen can be used as an audit tool to signify the meaning and status of an event.
