An event is a single call — either a log in or a log out — made by a care worker.
The Events tab displays all calls made by care workers and can be used as an audit tool to review the meaning and status of each event.
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Events.
Set your search criteria, including the date and time range, care worker, or client.
Review the results to audit event meanings and statuses.
