In order to resolve this the Carer must choose a locking method for the mobile device in order for the app to function. This is due to security requirements. The 'locking method' can be set via the settings on any mobile device.
If the phone itself has no security such as a pin, pattern, or finger print the CM Mobile app will not function as it has sensitive information and requires the phone to have security so that not just anyone can access the device.
