Incorrect rates or charge codes linked to visits

Each configuration of charge codes and rates is unique to your individual setup, so there can be multiple reasons why the wrong rate or charge code has linked to a visit.

Before getting in touch, can you kindly ensure you have tried re-applying the rates. To reapply the rates, right-click a visit from the visits screen and click "Reapply Rates".

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Click on the visit screen.

  3. Use the search filters to find the required visits.

  4. Right-click a visit, and choose the option Reapply Rates.

  5. Click Find Now again to refresh the visit list.
