Each configuration of charge codes and rates is unique to your individual setup, so there can be multiple reasons why the wrong rate or charge code has linked to a visit.

Before getting in touch, can you kindly ensure you have tried re-applying the rates. To reapply the rates, right-click a visit from the visits screen and click "Reapply Rates".
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Click on the visit screen.
Use the search filters to find the required visits.
Right-click a visit, and choose the option Reapply Rates.
Click Find Now again to refresh the visit list.
