If your code confirm box is not working, ensure the device has power by pressing the button on the top. If a number can be seen on the screen, check what 4 digit code is programmed to the device by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, open the Client screen.
2. Double click to open any client record.
3. Within the client record, open the Devices tab.
4. Click the options button next to the CodeConfirm ID box.
5. Press the button on the CodeConfirm device and enter the number into the Box Display Number field.
6. Click the Register button, and note the 4 digit Box Unit number.
7. After making note of the 4 digit Box Unit number, unregister the box from the client record, and close the client record.
8. If the number is 0000 then it will need to be returned to be reconfigured. If any other number appears, the device can be used or re-registered with a client.
If your code confirm box has no power or is showing as being registered to 0000 then it will need to be returned for repair or replacement. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article to arrange the repair, quoting the issue you are experiencing with the device.
