You may need to stop a blister pack in a CM Provider if a medication is changed or stopped, to ensure the patient receives the correct treatment.
You can follow these instructions to stop blister pack medication.
Log in to Client manager at H.A.S. Technology | Login Page (hastl.com)
Locate the client you wish to stop the blister pack for and open the client record.
Navigate to the eMAR tab in the client record.
Locate the libster pack you wish to stop and click the red Stop medication button under the medication chart.
Enter the Stop Date, timeslot and Reason. Then click confirm.
The medication will stop on the day entered as the stop date.
