Medication unauthorised dashboard

In this article, we explain how to authorise medication from the unauthorised dashboard.

If you have items appearing in your unauthorised medication dashboard, you can authorise these by doing the following:

  1. Log into the CM Portal, open Client Manager.

  2. From the Unauthorised Medication Dashboard, select the Client that is appearing.

  3. This will bring you to the eMAR section of the Client record, scroll down until you find the medication that is unauthorised and select Click to Authorise.

The medication will then be authorised and removed from your unauthorised medication dashboard.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you cannot find any medication that has not been authorised, please ensure that you are selecting the relevant month/year from the dropdown at the top of the eMAR screen.
