Welcome to of the September edition of the CM Newsletter from the Access CM Product Team.

We hope you all received the Release Special last week, but here is a full recap of the changes that were released in September.

The Deep Dive

New Visit Manager

We are pleased to announce that the new iteration of the Visit Manager application is now live, key changes are included below.

Dashboard elements are now displayed on the main page, highlighting any visits that require immediate action:

GPS visuals for the Care Worker tagging in/out can now be found on the Actual tab on the visit detail:

Users now have the option to fully customise the columns displayed on the page using the Configure Columns button;

Data can still be downloaded via the Download button:

When accessed on a mobile device, visits will be displayed in a card view. However, this view can also be toggled on or off, regardless of the device being used:

Please note: This release does not include the ability to carry out Visit Maintenance tasks from this screen. We are aiming to release that functionality early next month.

Client Manager

  • The UI has been updated to more closely align with Access branding, improving consistency across our products.

  • The MAR download has been updated to display v2 (custom) timelines only if a customer has migrated to the dynamic timeslots setup #1772653

Carer Manager

  • UI updated to closer align with the Access branding so improve consistency across our products.

User Manager

  • UI updated to closer align with the Access branding so improve consistency across our products.

Form Builder

  • UI updated to closer align with the Access branding so improve consistency across our products.

Client Portal

  • UI updated to closer align with the Access branding so improve consistency across our products.

Settings app

  • UI updated to closer align with the Access branding so improve consistency across our products.

  • Users will no longer be able to reorder dynamic timeslots once they have been saved.


​Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent the user account status from updating correctly

  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent the user account from automatically populating into the correct User Groups #1719630

  • Fixed an issue with visits not shown when completed by a different Care Worker #1769962

  • Fixed an issue that could cause some eMAR notifications to be sent twice #1810815

  • Fixed an error that could cause the eMAR tab to error on loading #1812545

  • Fixed an error that could cause interval option to display incorrectly #1791769

  • Fixed an error causing the Progression notes, within the Outcome tab, from ordering correctly #1641046
