We're please to announce the 25.1 release of CallConfirmLive!

This release includes a variety of bug fixes, system quality of life improvements and new functionality for both external users and CM staff.

Utility screen enhancements

Rollback invoices

We've developed a new permission for support whereby they'll be able to action rollbacks for periods which will assist in a faster turnaround without needing to escalate tickets.

πŸ“Œ Note: All rollbacks will still need to be requested via local authorities and tickets raised as before.

Invoice period removal feature

The new Invoice period removal feature allows our internal staff to remove invoice periods from the system, allowing a faster turnaround when raising support requests relating to finance manager periods.

Purchase orders closure and deletions

We've developed new functionality with allows support to action requests and execute with a faster turnaround.

Client pricing agreement purchase orders

We've updated the information relating to the purchase orders saved within the client record. There have been some user interface changes, this now shows the following:

  • Tooltip for the status icon (green ball) and a new status icon for visits with a purchase ordered linked but no invoice rate (yellow warning sign).

  • Displaying only valid pricing agreements in the grid (Client>PO>Show Pricing Agreement screen) for the selected purchase order.

  • Colour coding to show which agreement is active and which are cancelled or inactive.

Quality of life and security enhancements

User accounts

We've made some changes to CallConfirmLive! user account activities, please see below. These changes will all happen within 30 seconds on an action taking place via a support member if account change is request and without the need to log out and back in.

  • If a user has been made inactive/locked out, the system will now log the user out.

  • If the user account's session is ended from Administration Tools, this will log the user out.

  • If the user received a new permission via User Administration the current sessions permissions will be updated.

Carer milage wizard

After hearing feedback from users, we've removed inactive care workers from showing with the drop-down list on the details page within milage wizard where they do not have data within the calculated area.

Scheduling enhancements

Carer assignment not refreshing score on multiple selected planned visits

We've fixed an issue preventing scoring getting incorrectly calculated when assigning multiple visits using multi select. This now considers the scoring preferences when assigning a care worker to multiple visits.

Adjust planned visit (nudge)

We've fixed an issue within the adjust planned visit feature, also referred to as visit nudging. Users can now select Yes and No when prompted for confirmation which moving visits beyond the specified visit tolerances and the intended action will be executed accordingly.

Rota availability

We've fixes an issue within the rotas which was causing errors when care workers were assigned to new rotas, as their historical links to previous rotas were showing incorrect past availability.

Update show carer assignment to use user preferences

The show carer assignment feature has now been fixed and will consider user preferences under Planner Tooltips. This now allows the user to change the times and reflect within the visits screen.

Daily planned excluded carer

We've fixed an issue within the daily planner screen when assigning any care workers who may be excluded from a visit, no warning would appear, a warning box will appear going forward as it does within the visit screen confirming the change.

Visit plans with the same name in description

An intermittent error was occurring when creating new visit plans and using a name which already existed, this was allowing the user to go ahead and create a duplicate named visit plan which would create double up calls for the client, this has since been fixed.

CCL Wizards bug fixes

Unknown client wizard error message

We've fixed an issue when users would use the unknown client wizard for telephone numbers that did not belong to them, an error message would appear if the master DB could not connect to the unknown database.

Unknown client wizard copy purchase orders

We've fixed an issue when running the unknown client wizard for duplicate client records. Purchase orders are not transferring across to the duplicate record.

Change agency wizard

We've fixed the following issues when using change agency wizard.

  • An incorrect date would show if the change agency wizard were being run during a data lock period.

  • The preview option on the wizard was causing an error when giving the option for the user to cancel.

  • When selecting a database and agency during the wizard process and if the user decided to go back the agency name would be lost.

Unknown client wizard

If X is selected then No to warning dialogue a runtime error occurs. We've fixed an issue when running the unknown client wizard was being run an error message would occur 'runtime error' which has since been resolved.

Rate administration bug fixes

Reapply rates missing planned visit

We've fixed an issue where an actual visit did not have a planned attached and the reapply rate option was used, an error message would appear showing it was an unknown client record. This has now been resolved.

Rate header - VAT rate

We've fixed an issue where the tab Use Agency VAT was not being disabled when adding new rate headers, this has now been resolved.

Rate header - Contracts list

When creating a new rate only active record will now be displayed, as with when viewing historical rates, the only contracts to appear will be the ones which were linked to the rate and the time.

Rate header agency name

We've fixed an issue when creating new rate headers within rate administration, the agency name would not save within the Agency tab and would revert to what the agency group was.

Rate details - Days information

When adding rate details to a new rate configuration the days column was showing as blank until this was saved and closed, this has now been resolved.

Rate header funder

When there's an inactive funder, this no longer shows within rate headers.

Re-apply rates visit screen

We've fixed an issue where when a visit was opened and within the Actual Visit tab, a user reapplied the rate a note would appear within the note section advising of this action. However, when a visit was right-clicked and rate reapplied on the visits screen there would be no evidence of the rate being reapplied.

General bug fixes

Clients location missing within maps

We've converted our Google mapping functionality to use HTTPS; Google recently removed the ability to display location pins for addresses over it HTTP protocol this is to address security concerns with HTTP. The move to HTTPS has restored the Pin and Routing functionality.


Finance Manager

Cumulative model

We've developed a new Flexible commissioning Finance Manger version which is currently being rolled out to select customers. This model automatically authorises delivery chronologically which allows over delivery to be spotted and arbitrated easier, enabling faster payments. The new model will have the ability to automate reducing of over delivered or increasing of under delivered visits to match commissioned data (this can be configured to include a tolerance), Local Authority users who hold the correct permission will be able to approve the over delivery if required.

Automatic pending invoice creation

The latest version of Finance Manager has a new feature that once enabled will generate Invoice Pending data overnight for the previous period at the start of a new period, removing the requirement for providers to generate Invoice Pending data manually. The feature will generate historic periods from the point of last creation to the current period if there are any outstanding. Users with the correct permission can still generate Invoice Pending data manually as before.

ContrOCC Visit module fix

There have been enhancements and defect fixes on the ContrOCC visit module which have been resolved.

Invoice menu options enhancements

When a user initiates a period rollback, cautionary messages will surface at various stages of the process to ensure the user follows the rollback accurately. This permission has now be extended to external users of CallConfirmLive! If the version of Finance Manager the have supports this.

πŸ“Œ Note: This is a customer function which the user must have the permission added to their account and if Finance Manger has been enabled to allow this function. Please speak to support if this is a permission you'd like added to your account.

Manual invoice pending data creation enhancements

When creating a pending invoice, the prompt will ask, defaulted to yes, if you wish to show the newly created data once completed.

If Finance Manger detects that the period has previously been rolled up and had amendments to it, it will automatically select the option to re-apply those changes once the data base been re-created. This has removed the additional prompt from the roll-up process asking this same question.

Bug fixes

Invoice pending

We've fixed an issue within Finance Manager where planned visits without associated actuals linked, would create an error message when selecting Open Client from the right-click menu.

Pending invoice UI - Find Now

Previously, when using the Find Now option in Finance Manger, users experience was negatively impacted due to no feedback, a change has now been implemented where users will be able to see real-time updates on the progress of data processing.

Remove Team/Manager authorisation permission requirement for invoice emails

A new permission; FM Receive invoice emails is now available. This permission provides further control for customer on who receives email notifications once a Finial Invoice has been authorised.

Penetration test

Enhanced security measure

The annual penetration testing has been carried out on CallConfirmLive! and all necessary updates have been applied based on the findings.


Integration changes and backend

ERoY - Azeus flexible import XML

Development to support integrations with Azeus has now been completed. Customers using Azeus as a provider can now integrate with CallConfirmLive! going forward.
