The ReCaptcha is a CAPTCHA security system provided by Google that allows us to distinguish between human and automated access to our websites, CM New World and CM Mobile.

Its purpose is to block unauthorised access to spambots and other automated systems; while allowing human users access as required.

If you see the ReCaptcha every time you log in to CM New World or CM Mobile, it is because Google has detected an anomaly with your connection and so treats it as suspicious, thus requiring the completion of the ReCAPTCHA for every login attempt.

ReCAPTCHA can be triggered by bespoke network settings and VPN usage. If you experience the ReCAPTCHA page every time you log in using your company network, try logging in on a device not connected to the company network to see if the ReCAPTCHA still appears.
