ReCAPTCHA shows on every login

Understanding why ReCAPTCHA appears every time you log in to CM New World or CM Mobile.

Written by Billy Dilks

ReCAPTCHA is a security system provided by Google that distinguishes between human and automated access. Its purpose is to block unauthorised access from spambots and other automated systems while allowing legitimate users through.

If ReCAPTCHA appears every time you log in, it is because Google has detected an anomaly with your connection and is treating it as suspicious. This can be triggered by bespoke network settings or VPN usage.

Troubleshoot ReCAPTCHA on your network

If you experience the ReCAPTCHA page every time you log in using your company network, try logging in on a device that is not connected to the company network to check whether the ReCAPTCHA still appears. If it does not appear outside of the company network, the issue is likely related to your network configuration or VPN settings.
