Handset time appears inaccurate

Error message: It appears that your handset time is inaccurate.

If you receive this error message when using CM Mobile, you can do the following:

For IOS users:

  1. Open the Settings app on the device.

  2. Navigate to General, Click Date & Time.

  3. Enable 24 hour time, then enable Set Automatically for the time zone.

  4. Log back into CM Mobile, and the error will no longer appear.

For Android users:

  1. Open the Android Settings, click Date & Time.

  2. Enable Automatic Date & Time and Automatic Time Zone.

  3. Log back into CM Mobile, and the error will no longer appear.
