Archive old invoice periods

Old invoice periods within CallConfirmLive! can be made inactive or archived to remove them from the invoice periods dropdown list. This can be required if there are lots of old invoice periods cluttering up the list, making it difficult to find the current periods when invoicing.

If you need to archive your historical periods, simply raise a new case and we can update them for you. Ensure to specify the period date range that your require, and all the provider names if you need this for multiple providers.
