Online cases: If you need more help, and have access to raise support cases, you can now convert your Digital Assistant conversation into cases, so you can raise a case with the team without leaving PeopleHR.
Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow these steps:
In Access CM Portal, click the Access Digital Assistant icon.
2. Select Help with Access CM Portal then type your question. The Digital Assistant will search the full knowledge base to generate a suitable answer.
3.the answer. You can confirm whether the answer has resolved your query, or if you need further assistance. If the answer hasn't resolved your query, select Talk to a person and the Digital Assistant raises a support case for you.
