Index refresh is delayed or failed

If your CM Business Intelligence index has failed to update or is not showing up to date information, please check the frequency of the index update schedule. You can check when an index was last updated on the index homepage.

While most CMBI indexes are configured to update daily, some are set to update weekly or monthly. If you are unsure how often your index should update, please let us know, and we can advise you.

CM Business Intelligence doesn't display live data, so if it's missing information from today, check back tomorrow to see if your information has updated.
