CM Provider

CM Mobile requires no proxy to be configured on the connected Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below for your device type.

Open Settings and tap Connections, then tap Wi-Fi.

Tap the Cog icon next to your current network.

Tap View More, then scroll down and tap Proxy.

Ensure Proxy is set to None.

1. Open Settings and tap Connections, then tap Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the Cog icon next to your current network.
3. Tap View More, then scroll down and tap Proxy.
4. Ensure Proxy is set to None.

Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi.

Tap the i icon next to the Wi-Fi network you want to check.

Scroll down and tap Configure Proxy.

Ensure Configure Proxy is set to Off.

1. Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the i icon next to the Wi-Fi network you want to check.
3. Scroll down and tap Configure Proxy.
4. Ensure Configure Proxy is set to Off.
