Mileage wizard displays the value "-1" for journeys it is unable to calculate the mileage for. This could be due to the postcodes for the from and to addresses being the same, or an error with the address when it was added.
To troubleshoot journeys that display -1, please ensure both client records are active. Remove the address and re-add the address back in using the magnifying glass feature for both client records. When this has been done, re-run the mileage wizard calculation to see if the distance calculates correctly.
If the distance between the two addresses still shows as -1, Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include the from address and to address, so we can check to see if there is an issue with the route from our side.
